Reserva Edicion Limitada Traveller's Collection Rioja Tempranillo Blend

Good quality Rioja. Gran reserva is better. In tasting close to Ribera region.

Nice everyday Rioja I picked up at the Madrid airport for a reasonable price. Dark fruit/spice on the nose and palate. With undergrowth and light mineral on the palate as well. Soft tannins. Medium bodied.

Reserva 2010, Travelers Collection

Drank at Quimera restaurant (Oliva) on 5th August 2018.
Dark cherry, purple border. Vanilla and spices on the nose. Fruity, berries, complex as it goes, vanilla and spices, long chocolate finish. Very good wine.

Full bodied, lovely with steak

Notes of red currant, plums and black cherries. Needs time to air out and grow in complexity. Well rounded finish.
