Awesome nose! Absolutely reminiscent of Lopez Heredia white!! This is fantastic stuff! On the nose: dried figs, manzanilla sherry, beeswax, pear. In mouth: saline, quinine, dried herbs, piercing acidity. Finish: mineral, salty, full bodied, bone dry. I am a BIG Fan!!
