Medium straw in color; lemon, honeydew, and grass on the nose; medium plus acidity; tastes like lemon, starfruit, and saline with a long finish. Nellie and I both like it. I think it will pair well with fish.

Delightful crisp and dry but somehow had a bit of sweet fruit undertone. Drank this with zucchini stuffed cod - a perfect combo to sweet and salty.
