A very cool expression of tempranillo (& tintilla de rota). The pungent spice is fragrant and pronounced, with powerful clove, baking spice & cardemom. "A christmas-wine" came to mind, and I very much like it!

Really lovely floral and visceral coffee, with pepper at front and a light effervescence that keeps it loft and light but packed with character- basically the body works! The cherry, sweetness and aftertaste is flawless, not sure what flower is, like a light hibiscus with some floral, some clementine
