This is an Interesting white wine from Ribera Del Duero. Feels heavy right out of the bottle, and needs time to open up properly.

Bold, and good by itself or with food.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Smells like a Chardonnay, and dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing limes, green apples, grapefruits, light oak, spices, earth, bitter herbs and light vegetables.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

This interesting white wine from Ribera Del Duero is drinking very nicely now, as a 4 year old. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Feels very young, and would be nice to revisit it in a few years.

I've had this variety, Albillo Mayor, only a few times before, and it is always enjoyable. Interesting stuff.

100% Albillo Mayor grapes were aged in French oak barrels for 13 months.
