Unbelievable! The best wine I have had since The Grange a few months back. It was decadently rich. It had enough structure to support a high rise. Deep dark luscious fruit that finished in a tight grip on my throat nearly strangling me in awe...hmmm, yeah. I really liked it!!!

This wine is dry! There is not a touch of sweetness. But the tannins took us on a great ride from as soon as it touched your mouth to the lingering finish. Deep dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, dark, dried tart prune and date fruit providing a symphony with low baritone, echoing notes, giving this Malbec more structure than I have ever experienced. Harvested from one of the highest elevation vineyards on earth!

It takes 3 hours of decanting and some fat in your palate to be able to swallow this big bomb. It's a very complex and well made wine, just too bold for me.
