Woah! Tart zippy acidity ripping through my palate. Slight effervescence and green apples.

Eponymous wine from Basque country . Slightly effervescent bracing minerality/peaches/green apple/underripe pear. Delicious and should be great counterpoint to light basque stew with chorizo and clams tonight....so I'm told

Apple and crisp.

Dry, effervescent, delicious! Not a traditional rosé.

Acidic and minerally

Great acidity, perfect pair with ceviche
