Classic Ribera del Duero taste... deep, joyfull, complex but fragile at the right temperature - 15c-. A must for a sunday evening of cheese, and music

I like it, no wonder it gets high notes here, it is soft & really drinkable, but mine gums are rising firmly with each sip, and I feel like mine teeth are suede covered ;). Actually powerful oaky notes for Crainza, of course all traditional spanish notes, smoke, tobacco, leather and dark red berries, heavy tannins with spicy finish - it turns better & better with time. dry dry dry with firm acidity, but somehow nicely balanced, tarty sticky mouth finish.
