Veleta Joven Tempranillo

Vintage 2011 / black colour from this #granada wine. 24 m barrel aging. Smells of broth, mocca. Too much wood but alas way too young in my opinion.

Nice wine, balanced with dark fruit, some vanilla and anise.

Light fresh red. M- body with red fruit and green stems. $8

Cherry red fruit. Portish with high perceived alcohol.

Great wine, loves the Joven character. Nice subtle nose with perfect dryness for a dinner wine.

So nice; another incredible value from the Dominio Buenavista winery. Very sad to learn that the owner who fulfilled his dream of starting a winery in his home town outside Granada passed away in June.
