Cherry red deep color, strong pure chocolate, liquorice, pepper on a medium-high smell. Fulfilling your palate, meaty, vanilla hints on mouth. 2011 great vintage from Ribera del Duero, mixing 88% tempranillo and 12% cab sauvignon. It pairs with roasted lamb ribs. A classic choice.

Nice nose: velvety, American oak red cherries, a little tart, earthy, yeasty. Mouth: a little green but it's 2011 current release 2009, very nice, complex, fruity
