This wine didn't convince me immediately. It has panache and a begining of depth and strength, but disappointed me at first by its lack of fresh and fruity fragrances. Finishing sips hit the spot, revealing a deep and dark dry plum texture that I ended up enjoying very much.

I think the food spoiled the first sips, I will repeat in a different environment.
