Tannat/Tempranillo/Merlot. Mushrooms!! Funk, tar, minerals, mildew, leather, smoke, wet leaves, camping, bonfires, tobacco, ash. As it breathes, it gets fruitier - purple Welch's grapes, strawberries. Easy to drink. Soft, smooth, and smokey. Complex and evolving.
