Soft stone fruits , white flowers with lemon spritz come to mind.
Minerality is present but not distinct, as there is light tingle in the finish.. The most interesting discovery was the influence of just 2 degrees from 10C-12C in serving temperature.
Warmer temperature made for fuller more luscious taste experiencešššøš
