The Rule Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark red/Ruby color in the glass. Chroma is excellent. This is the new 13' vintage. Taste mor "grown up" than 2012. Acid is prominent. Long coarse tannins. Let open awhile, then the aromas remained simple but tobacco and subtle vanilla present. Love the fact the mouthfeel wasn't overwhelming. Black cherry, red licorice, some cedar. Higher rating if the flavors would show longer. This is a young wine and needs more time. Opened 7/19/15

V13. Very unbalanced. At its best..cedar nose. Zippy blackberry fruit with some infrequent mocha fly by's.

Really like this. A stronger full grape taste with just a very slight sweetness. A nice dinner wine.

One of my favorite reasonably priced wines.

Ahhhmazing. My fav type of Cabernet. Spicy and full , almost old world like. Delicious
