Dark red/Ruby color in the glass. Chroma is excellent. This is the new 13' vintage. Taste mor "grown up" than 2012. Acid is prominent. Long coarse tannins. Let open awhile, then the aromas remained simple but tobacco and subtle vanilla present. Love the fact the mouthfeel wasn't overwhelming. Black cherry, red licorice, some cedar. Higher rating if the flavors would show longer. This is a young wine and needs more time. Opened 7/19/15

#Napa Cab blend (small amounts). Nose of strawberry, currant and vanilla. Palate of red berries and black cherries. Good balance. Drink soon.
