Light ruby in color with some brown in it. When poured, it had like an old wine color.
Fruity on the nose with violets, green pepper, blueberries, figs, fresh plums, cranberries, vanilla, milk chocolate, and sweet Herbs.
Very fruity on the palate as well, with blueberries, plums, sweet cherries, herbs, white pepper and oak.
Medium bodied, round ,balanced and smooth with nice legs.
Medium plus finish with soft tannins and white pepper.
A Very nice California Cabernet Sauvignon. Not too complex, but really easy drinking wine.
Paired it with cheeses and crackers. Definitely will buy again.
