A great semi-sweet (pretty sweet) treat with spicy food. The first time I drank this Riesling I was having a yummy, fairly spicy bowl of chili, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how well the two paired! I also recommend it for after-dinner sipping in the warmer weather...which is how I've been enjoying it lately.
