This is a beautiful wine chilled. It is also a beautiful wine warmed with a dash of brown sugar for an adult cider! Room temperature does not marry the flavors and bouquet of apples and spices. Going to have to stay a little in the middle because of the not so nice room temperature taste. Crisp, refreshing chilled; soul warming delicacy heated!
