Primarily Chardonnay with 2% Pinot Gris blended in. Light straw color. Aromas of orchard fruit, citrus fruit and wet stones. Flavors of green apples and pears, apricots, tropical fruit and chalk. Slight hint of honey on the medium-plus finish. Crisp acidity, with medium body and texture. If there was any oak used to ferment this wine, it was very neutral. Thanks for sharing, Chris B!
