This is actually the Langhorne Creek Sparkling Shiraz.

Fair bit of R.S here but actually quite enioyable. I suppose that takes a point or two away but does bring some beautiful toffee and glazed cherry aroma to the wine. Palate is like fizzy ribena and chambord.

Enjoyable in summer, nice full flavour while still refreshing. Would recommend.

Great Sunday porch wine

Good fruit, minimal tannin. Great on Xmas day. I've gone off sparkling reds recently, this one might just have brought me back...
