Notes of peach, white peach, and apricot.
Full bodied with long legs.
Flavour of the above stone fruit, detergent, and minerals. Soapy.
Slightly dry finish, lingering peach pit and mineral.
Paired with pork chops and mustard, along with sautéed green cabbage and sweet onion.
