W. T. F? Okay... The moment this hit my nose I immediately knew I was in for something special. Remember the scene from Ratatouille in which the food critic took a bite and was transported back to his childhood? Yup. That was me tonight. I couldn't even bring myself to taste this until I passed the glass around the table for everyone to try. Emotional and unforgettable.
