Winemaker's Select California Red Blend

Brought to my house as a dinner "gift" that we didn't open. used a cup for pasta that was ok. Vinegar perhaps with the rest?

Dark but smooth

Really heavy
Maybe good with steak?
Not truly enjoyable

Complex for a blend, cab-heavy. Aroma is a tad rough. Wonderful color.

I will give this a second chance because it has good reviews but I found it to be harsh and bitter tasting. :(

2nd day was better. Breathing helps.

Pretty good for a red wine.

Absolutely Delicious !!!! Will pair very well with tonight's filet mignon dinner & for Friday night sipping :0)
