A lovely classic saison. Bottle conditioned, maybes tad too much, or it doesn't travel well. Picked this up in northern Virginia. The saison yeast (White labs?) Does a great job tying in the malt and hops. I would love to try this at the source. Very costly.

The inn at blackberry farm saison....hard as shit to get (you have to go there and stay)....ANNNNDDDD its cussin delicious! Crisp. Bright. Lemon. Saison funk (though restrained) and damn perfect brew day beer!
