Dry white with notes of guava and passion fruit. Very refreshing while having a nice finish on the palette.

For a $15-$20 bottle of wine this was absolutely worth it. I picked this one up at Total Wine and brought it home for me and Nate to try and we both liked it. Earthy and aged properly for a medium quality bottle. I cooked some steak and it was an excellent pairing. The wine was great, however I would not buy it again, on the basis of I simply want to try more wines from the region.

Nice bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. Definitely above average. I used this in my Somm video and spoke about this variety briefly. This one in particular is from Napa Valley in California which is the biggest wine growing region in California. It’s a 2021 so it’s right around the perfect vintage for red wines (4-7 years). Paired this with a steak and some avocado. Was absolutely delicious. The notes were a little more earthy than I was expecting but I liked it. Definitely some blackberry in there too
