2023 Pino Grigio. Got this Buy 1 get one free at Milams for $14. Super cheap and got the job done. Not dry at all and no bite. Notes of light fresh citrus on the nose and smooth to taste. Also got some hints of orange and apple on the tongue and nose. — 14 days ago
This white was very dry at first and then was followed by a sweet aftertaste. I decided to sip it once after not eating for a few hours to help cleanse the palate with the wine. The second sip was a lot better than the first. Orange and Apple fruit notes to taste. There is also a strong sense of ginger on the nose and slightly to taste. — 18 days ago
This Sauvignon Blanc is from Malborough which is the biggest wine growing region in New Zealand. It’s very light on the nose with a vibrant flavor. Notes of grapefruit and minerals. Very refreshing to drink chilled. Bought at retail for $20 — 15 days ago
Compared to the dry, this is very sweet to taste. Almost too sweet. The sugar content is around .2%. This was paired with a salty cracker which made the sweetness really burst. Not a huge fan. It was interesting to taste the difference between this one and the dry. I get similar notes on the nose (citrus and ginger) but it’s very different when settling on my taste buds. — 18 days ago

First time trying Chianti. This one specifically was a Chianti Classico riserva. It is a red wine from Italy. It takes a minimum of 24 months of aging with at least 3 months of bottle aging after that. Organoleptic features. Not as dry as I thought it would be. Strong earthy notes which I have experienced for the first time. A lot to taste but easy to enjoy. — 11 days ago
