Nice Syrah with a bit of the funk factor that I have recently been seeking out. Will have to have next to a couple Walla Walla Syrahs.

Possibly my first California Syrah. But it drinks like Shiraz!! Deep dark ripe fruit. Leather, musk and ripe tart fig. Soothing finish.

CVed 10/21/19. Completely different profile from Keep. Almost menthol and lighter earthier nose and lively texture and good length.

Really juicy with blue fruit, but the long earthy finish balances this and makes it special. I've yet to meet a Sta Rita Hills syrah I don't like!

Great first mouthful. Liked it less and less with each sip.
