Oro Paarl Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah

Deliciously balanced and food friendly. Matched pretty well with my Kingklip beautifully prepared by #BlacksheeprestauranrtCapeTown.

Nose is inky fruit, oak, brick. Tatse is medium plus, smooth fruit, slate, dry fruit. Finish is smooth. Good drinking wine.

Very smooth!

2011 - 94% Cab and 6% Shiraz. Very nice value wine. Dark fruit with some oak flavor and a really nice fruity finish. Similar to Rioja Aftertaste, for whatever reason. Absolutely will buy again.

Medium plus dry. Very smooth with medium acidity. High alcohol. Prominent black cherry, slate, berries. Smells like sharpies and cherries. Very nice paired with our pork entree!

Good favors, smooth finish. Very good value for money.
