California Cabernet Sauvignon

I let this sit about a year. It’s fantastic. Very heavy, almost dried fruit.

Delicious and good with spaghetti

A cabernet sauvignon from California that has all the wonderful characteristics you've come to expect. It is a medium bodied wine with a pronounced level of tannin. Fruit flavors of black cherry, black currant, with a hint of vanilla and violet make for an interesting table wine. It is a great option to go with grilled meats and grilled vegetables.

It's adequate

Smooth finish; very fruity notes if nutmeg. Paired well with tbone medium rare

Special bottle from a delivery and was not disappointed. Smooth and full-bodied.

Full-bodied, light tannins for a bit of dryness and acidity, but also pretty fruity. Very easily enjoyed.
