Drank over two days and surprisingly showed better after a night in the fridge. Dark fruit with sweet toasted undertones. A bit floral but more pepper than anything else.

Medium bodied, was showing well upon opening, opened up nicely. A meaty savory sort of nose that reminded me a bit of pulled port, spicy meatiness on the palate, hints of pepper and chicken sausage and turkey jerky rounded out with dark fruits. Paired nicely with our curry and Herbes de Provence salmon and harvest grains.
