A very unpretentious wine and very easy to take wherever you are going to go. It tasted pretty good. It wasn't great, it wasn't terrible . There were spicy fruit notes (probably from Shiraz), and pretty fruity but also somewhat dry with a touch of light tannins. It ended on an odd, but satisfying watermelon note. All in all, a great wine to take on a hiking picnic.
