Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.

Strong nose of citrus, lemons, green apples, yeast, bread, minerals and light spices.

Medium bodied with intense bubbles and medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, sea salt, light green apples, yeast and white pepper.

Medium finish with citrus.

This is a nice Italian sparkling wine. Not fully balanced and simple, but good with food. The bubbles were too much for me, but I liked the yeast notes. Enjoyable enough.
