N: lime, green apple skin, river stones, white blossoms
P: pear pops out brightly, maybe even a bit of tart tinned pineapple juice, peppery radish, touch of ginger on the finish and a pop of green, lots of minerality .
Really bright with round texture up front leading to a tangy finish .


Lovely with shrimp in coconut curry.
