Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, strawberries, currants, vanilla, licorice, cloves, dark coffee, vegetables, bitter herbs, spices, almonds, earth and black pepper.
Medium minus on the finish with soft round tannins and bitter vegetable.
This Israeli Cabernet is unbalanced and simple with a bitter mid palate and finish.
Might be a little better next year, but why bother... 😃
