Lovely fruit forward nose, with hints of strawberry, raspberry and slight hints of rhubarb and lemon citrus. Medium bodied, but surprisingly malk-lactic, with just a slight effervescence but not any notable bubbles. Tart but also slightly creamy, with a slight dry finish, with almost peppery notes. It’s interesting, but not an all-the-timer.
