A bright and aromatic wine with notes of citrus, white peach and white flowers. Medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with honeyed notes. Flavors of light stone fruits, citrus pith, bitter almond, cut grass and fresh herbs lead to touches of wild flowers, rich, full acidity and a touch of honey. The finish is long and very dry with touches of bitter notes and flowers. Wonderful with a lighter cheese plate.
