Lučica Debit

Old vine Debit (grape), on the skins a bit, 2 years on the lees, super alive. Northern Dalmatia, Croatia.

70 year old debit vines. 2010

Quite interesting, has tannin from the skin contact, a rich golden color, beautiful cumquat/vanillin/burnt mandarin skin, this is a funky wine, with such complexity.

Foxy tar woody nutty

Simply glorious

Slightly (nicely) funky, dried apricot, sweet hay, butterscotch, petrol; gunpowder and smoke entry, very high acid, lemony.

Butterscotch? Urine? Marzipan? Definitely butterscotch. And definitely beautiful.

Looks like clarified butter. Or urine from a dehydrated person. Minerals. It's weird but I like it.
