Dark dried fruit notes, cherry? Some creaminess, rich full body. Some mocha spice. Very light carbonation. An excellent dessert beer.

I don't know about all of you, but I'm getting tired of fighting Delectable on identification of bottles. Really has gone downhill recently. Anyway, this is NOT the grand cru...but it's still terrific!

So funky on the nose with notes of green strawberries, grass, and very sexy. Thank you David 💃🏾 we decanted this baby and fell drunk in love. I can't imagine how this beer will be in 25-30 years. Only 500 bottles came to the US, we have 5 of them!!! Meowmeowmeow!

Wow! Complex flavors of fruit and honey. The oak comes at the finish. A little low on carbonation but overall great

Wow: a fantastic beer. Never seen the Grand Cru version of Abbaye de Saint Bon Chien, but it's awesome. Can't quite describe it, but it's a terrific balance across carbonation, sourness, and flavor. Yes, I realize this is a horrible tasting note, so let me put it this way: if you have a chance to drink this, don't think about it, just order it!
