Estate Grown Eola - Amity Hills Pinot Blanc

Very nice.

Bright, bright nose. Grapefruit and apple. Also makes me think of juicy fruit gum. Fruit on the palette, nice-balanced acid. Paired with some Chinese takeout, duh. Perfect Wednesday night.

Perfect amount of residual to add heft but not necessarily sweetness on the palate. Really a lovely wine. A standout at a recent tasting.
