Fantastic! I feel sad when I read comments about this wine from people that are expecting the typical over oaked/manipulated version of Chardonnay. To me, this wine is a 'totally excellent' representation of what the Chardonnay grape can be in a wine. Rich with nuance.

Be excellent to one another, and drink excellent wine!

Fresh, slightly underripe orchard fruit on the nose, smelling very inviting, clean and tart. Beautifully integrated acidity marries with peaches and cream, some floral notes, and very reserved and understated oak. Refined and elegant in a very old world style, and at the price it's a steal in an American Chardonnay.

Fruit forward on the nose. Oak on the nose. Baked apples. Nice acid balance. Just the right amount of tart on the palate. Good minerality. Clean crisp finish.
