Tried this one with prime rib today. Hubby had a specific “Cabernet“ profile in his head and this did not align. Berry up front and got more jammy for me with aeration. Made me think “nice red generic table wine”. Wish I could remember what I paid for it. I thought it was fine and was fun to try an Australian Cabernet. I would buy this one again but probably not actively seek it out since hubby wasn’t a big fan.
