Takes a couple of days to unfurl.

Wide palate and viscous texture for a GV. Powerful.

This really benefitted from being open two days. It brings the little acidity this year off “Der Ott” offers more to the front. That results in a better balanced wine.
On day one the bitter was dominant.

Fantastic GV this is. Very well balanced in sweet/ acid/ bitter.
