Sucrosity, minerals, drinkable, purity of fruit, easy and light but concentrated and crystalline ❄️

Grapefruit sorbet, acacia, lemon blossom, and white pepper, lemongrass, cumin, honeysuckle. Juicy acidity, pithy citrus, a little spice. Layers of deliciousness.

I feel a little sick and need something simple and lovely . It this.

Tasting Menu wine w/scallops

Last night in AV with DH dinner! Almost sparkly. Delish!

Crisp lemon-lime, white pepper, salt high minerality. Went wonderfully with raw scallops, grapes and fennel.

Too dry.

Young gruner vetliner. Ok but not too impressive

Very nice Veltliner with balanced acidity, some ripeness but still on the lemon goldish side
