Initial impressions - aromatic and cool , but rather ripe berries and whiff of dark cherries. Slight earthy undertones with sweet spices. Reminiscent of a cool summer berry or earl grey tea. Style is similar to the 2012 NSG Aux Argilles by Pacalet, but with more structure and tannins, while mid palate and finish is relatively superior. Sappy end to it. Would drink more but limited quantity. Bottle 58/139.
