Great acidity. Lovely fruit. Doing quite well.

P.S. I love the packaging. Beautiful label.

Great to compare with Millot. While my palate preference is in the old world, this wine delivers, and Dani prefers Machado over Millot. Supple ripe fruit from Chehalem mntns with sweet tea, wet leaves and moss underscoring the cherry berry lushness. Hints of vanilla and campfire. (About the vintage on the label: This bottle was brought to us by the supplier rep, who bottled the wine before the 2012 labels were ready.)
