Absolutely wonderful premier cru Gevrey. Decanted for 2 hours, recommended. Quite dark and almost dense in the glass. Fruit is very pure and clean. Wonderfully long finish and acid tension and balance. Perfect with roast chicken with tarragon mushrooms and pimenton dusted roasted potatoes.

Dec 13th, 2021Really quite excellent. Pretty dark in the glass - more than expected. Purple berry aromas on the nose. Very perfumed. Medium minus body with a great long finish. Excellent refreshing acid. Mouth coating. Really excellent and perfect with a simple roast chicken with a vermouth pan sauce.
