Not a bad way to start my Wednesday. Country Vintner tasting at Charleston Grill. Aromatic and perfumed nose of earth-covered mushrooms and red fruit. This wine is still so young and tight though, but I would love to revisit this vintage in a decade or two. I couldn't stop smelling it.
