sugar, plum, apricot and a slight taste of acidity towards the end... very long on the palate, complex and satisfying.

The 2007 was given yesterday as a Christmas gift. Enjoyed it with my wife this evening. A bit syrupy for our tastes but we appreciated the gesture and the taste for a one off.
