Smelled more like a Chardonnay. I was hoping it would be misleading, but it wasn't. It tastes more like a Chardonnay too, which is not for me. Has a sweet and strong flavor up front, but mellows out a little on the back end. Not light and crisp like a Sauvignon Blanc should be.
