Smooth and pleasant. I couldn’t really tell that it had been aged in a bourbon bottle and I really like bourbon. But I enjoyed the cab.

Interesting, but probably won’t get again. The bourbon barrels smoothed out the cab sauv and took away the crisp edge I like. If you get it, drink immediately - becomes way too sweet and syrupy with 24 hours to breathe
